siNUsoid vX is open to all college and university students across India. Some Events may have additional eligibility criteria such as team size, category, etc., as listed on the respective Event page. It is the participant's responsibility to confirm that they meet all eligibility criteria before registering.

Participants can register for as many Events as they wish, provided there are no scheduling conflicts between the Events. siNUsoid vX does not take responsibility for any scheduling conflicts due solely to a participant's choice of Event.

siNUsoid vX registrations must be completed via the official siNUsoid vX website. Registrations made through unofficial or third-party channels will not be considered.

Participants are expected to fill the registration form with accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. siNUsoid reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be using false or misleading information.

A registration will be considered as confirmed only after successful and full payment (if required), and an acknowledgement email/message from siNUsoid is received.

Some Events are individual events and some are team events. The team size and format will be mentioned on each Event page. Teams from different colleges are allowed unless an Event page states otherwise.

siNUsoid reserves the right to limit the number of participants/teams for each Event and will close registration for an Event upon reaching the capacity without any prior notice.

The applicable registration fee (if any) of each Event will be mentioned on the respective Event page.

Payment can be made through UPI or QR code as shown on the Site.

The registration will be automatically considered as confirmed after payment validation through our internal system (CMS). An acknowledgement message/email will be sent to the participants after successful verification.

siNUsoid does not store or have access to your UPI PIN, bank login ID, passwords, or other sensitive banking credentials.

If participants face payment verification issues, such as payment being deducted but registration not being confirmed, they should submit their transaction ID/UTR and payment screenshot to sinusoid@st.niituniversity.in. The siNUsoid team will manually review the payment.

Prices in all the sections are in Indian rupees (INR), unless otherwise mentioned.

Payments, registrations, and event slots are non-transferable unless the Event Organiser provides written approval.

Except where expressly stated in these Terms, refunds for registration fees are not provided.

If siNUsoid cancels an Event from their end, all registered participants for that Event will be refunded in full the applicable registration fee.

No refunds are given for no-show participants, participants disqualified for breaking rules, or participants who withdraw on their own, including withdrawals made before the registration deadline.

All participants must maintain discipline, sportsmanship, and decency during all Events, both online and on campus.

Any form of harassment, cheating, plagiarism, vandalism, or disruptive behaviour may lead to immediate disqualification without refund and may result in further action by NIIT University.

All participants must carry a valid college ID card and present it to event staff when requested during siNUsoid vX.

All participants are personally accountable for their conduct and belongings while on the NIIT University campus during siNUsoid vX.

The rulebook for each Event will be posted on the siNUsoid website under that Event's page or tab. It is the participant's responsibility to read and follow the rules of each Event they register for. In case of conflict, the Event-specific rulebook will supersede these general Terms for that Event.

For eligible outstation participants, on-campus accommodation may be provided subject to availability, successful registration, payment or verification where applicable, and the accommodation rules shared by siNUsoid.

Food stalls and campus cafeteria will remain open for the duration of the fest for both participants and visitors. The costs incurred to procure food, unless bundled with a registration pass, are to be borne by the participant.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to the siNUsoid name, logo, theme, branding, graphics and event materials, is the property of siNUsoid / NIIT University and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

Any work, design, code or material submitted by participants as part of an Event is the intellectual property of the participant(s) themselves, unless otherwise stated in that Event's individual rules. By submitting an entry, participants grant siNUsoid an irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to showcase, publish, or communicate the work for purposes related to the fest.

Certificates will be provided to participants as per individual Event guidelines. Winners will also be provided certificates and prizes, if applicable to that Event.

By participating in siNUsoid vX, you acknowledge that you will be photographed, filmed or recorded during Events and agree to siNUsoid's use of such photographs/recordings for promotional purposes on its website, social media or other official platforms.

Participant information submitted through the Site may be used for registration, event verification, participant ID cards, accommodation processing, payment verification, event operations, safety, and official siNUsoid communications.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information they submit is accurate and up to date. siNUsoid may contact participants using the email address, phone number, or other contact details submitted during registration.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, siNUsoid and NIIT University shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage to personal property, or injury incurred during Events, except in cases of proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct by the organisers.

siNUsoid shall not be held responsible for any issues related to technical, internet, or payment verification delays that siNUsoid shall not be reasonably able to control. Any participant with a payment issue should contact sinusoid@st.niituniversity.in with proof of transaction.

siNUsoid reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version posted on the Site will apply. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Alwar, Rajasthan.
